Active Ingredient: 16 white tabs each containing Estradiol valerate 2 mg, 12 pink tabs each containing Estradiol valerate 2 mg, cyproterone acetate 1 mg

Indications: Hormonal replacement therapy in climacteric complaints, signs of involution of the skin & urogenital tract, complaints due to hypogonadism after ovariectomy or primary ovarian failure. Prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
Dosage: 1 white tab daily w/in 1st 5 days of menstrual cycle for 16 days, followed by 1 pink tab daily for 12 days. Repeat cycle w/o stopping.
Adverse Drug Reactions: Breast tenderness & enlargement, changes in vag bleeding pattern, GI complaints, skin & SC tissue disorders, headaches, migraine, dizziness, depression, fatigue, changes in body wt & libido, visual disturbances, contact lens intolerance. |
