Name: Dior 21 - Generic Marvelon 21
Active Ingredient: Desogestrel 150 mcg, Ethinylestradiol 30 mcg, 7 placebo tab (Dior 28 only).

Indications: Oral contraceptive.
Dosage: tab daily starting on 1st day of menses, followed by 7 tab-free days (Dior 21 only).
Adverse Drug Reactions: GI upsets, cholestatic jaundice; thrombosis, BP elevation; chloasma, erythema nodosum, rash; headache, migraine, mood changes; breast tenderness, pain, enlargement, secretion; fluid retention, reduced glucose tolerance, change in body wt; intermenstrual bleeding, post-medication amenorrhea, changes in cervical secretion, increase in size of uterine fibromyomata, aggravation of endometriosis, vag infection.
